What is a Podiatrist?

A Podiatrist (also known as a Chiropodist) is a foot health care professional who specialises in all aspects of care for the feet. He/she will be able to advise you on foot care and assess your footwear, this is to ensure that you are not causing your feet long term damage by wearing the wrong shoes. A podiatrist can dramatically improve mobility and maintain fit, healthy, active feet.
